“John Moe is an American writer and radio personality. He grew up in Federal Way, Washington and graduated from Whitman College.”
John Moe is the host and creator of the award-winning podcasts Depresh Mode with John Moe and The Hilarious World of Depression. He is also the creator and host of Sleeping with Celebrities and the author of the memoir The Hilarious World of Depression as well as three other books.
He consults for and makes award-winning podcasts on behalf of organizations such as the National Alliance on Mental Illness (NAMI), Children’s Center, and Whitman College.
His writing has appeared in numerous humor anthologies as well as The New York Times Magazine, McSweeney's, The Seattle Times, Reader’s Digest, and many more publications. He gives speeches around the country on mental health issues.
John has hosted nationally distributed public radio programs such as Wits, Weekend America, and Marketplace Tech and his radio work has been featured on numerous national radio programs. He lives in St Paul.
